A1: No, Our offices are not open to the public. We offer pick-up/drop-off service at an agreed upon location. We also offer mail-in and return service.
A2: Many government and school documents are certified as originals while other documents must be copies. The country requesting the apostille may also require originals for certain documents.
A3: Yes! Simply note the additional states in the order form
A4: No, we are unable to complete the request on the spot.
A5: Yes, we will forward documents internationally upon completion. Your representative will assist with this request time.
A6: It is against the law for Notaries who aren't attorneys to provide certain kinds of advice and services:
- Notaries may not choose the type of document a customer may need for a transaction.
- Notaries may not choose the type of notarization or certificate wording for a given document. The customer must decide.
- Notaries may not prepare a document or give advice on how to fill out, draft or complete a document.
- Notaries may not provide legal advice or answer questions about a legal matter.
